Good Filter Company Honeywell Electrostatic Pre-Filters are made of 2 layers of fine mesh polypropylene electrostatic filter material and 2 layers of expanded aluminum face grid. They are enclosed in a heavy duty aluminum frame. Electrostatic air filters are more efficient and more durable than the original aluminum pre filters and will reduce the amount of popping and snapping of electronic air cleaners. They are also easier to clean.
